Baby gift.....something different///any ideas???

One of my closest friends is having a baby ( unknown) and we are holding a baby shower for her. Iwant to buy a gift for either the baby or the parents that is different and original. I have already bought a book that meant something to me as a child for the baby's library I'll spend up to �50.Any ideas????
