BD before LH surge? can you conceive days before your surge?

SO I finally got my positive OPK last night ( 15th day of cycle) DH and I BD on cycle days 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and last night and once so far today. My EWCM was very strong on days 11, 12, 13.. I'm feeling super crampy today and tonight so I know I'm ovulating, I have NO CM at all though. Do you think there's a chance we may have missed our chance since there is no CM? We BD A LOT before4 the surge.. and plan on BD again tonight and tomorrow.,.
