Character Traits for Mr. Dupin/ Edgar Allen Poe in "The Man Who was Poe"?
I would like to first say I read the book and I did enjoy it. However, I am having trouble with thinking of character traits for Mr. Dupin/Poe. I need to list 4 of his character traits. Then I need 2 pieces of evidence from the book (quotes, events, feelings, etc.) that demonstrate each character trait. Say you couldn't remember the exact quote you could just tell me the general idea of the piece of evidence. Like say the quote was, “Sir? Might I know your name? The man considered, shifted his gaze to Number Eighty-eight as if the answer lay there, then turned back to Edmund. ‘I am,’ he announced, ‘Mr. Auguste Dupin.’” You could say the quote had to do with Poe introducing himself to Edmund and lied about it.
