Why i am having upper abdomen pain since one week alternatively?

I am a ca.total thyroidectomy patient radio-iodine therapy done 5months back recently i underwent t3t4 tsh normal,and i am suffering from severe body allergy if i used anti histamines it will subsided, how long i will use these drugs any body please answer me i am daily using thyroxin 2 tabs of 100mg.
