So very very confused?

Ok so in october on the 27th i started spotting for like 11 days till 11/8 it stopped and i have yet to get a period, i took an ovulation test on 12/14 cuz i was haivng alot of clear,slippery,egg white CM and it was positive so me and DH did the BD and i did a pregnancy test just for the hell of it I figured it would be negative and it was,now I've been having ALOT of mood swings the last week or so can pretty much cry on command anymore, and my have been really sensitive and sore the last few days? so whats the verdict help me out here plz!!!!!
