The tank machine housed two soldiers, who propelled the machine using crankshafts. The tank was made in modern times in compliance with the original sketches by an English military team. Although the idea would have been impressive in the days of the renaissance, the modern replication of the tank fell quite short of a functional condition when built. The tank could not propel forward, and was only able to turret in spot. The tank was also completely inoperable without the adjustment of a single gear ratio.
