Does Hollywood realistically depict demonic posses ions and exorcism?

Yes. I have witnessed some real events but never a completely spinning head. I have heard gurgles of many people, growls, freezing temps, projectile vomit, and clawing at the walls. The actual question is: Is it truly possession? We are not sure even with our experience. Wait a minute....why?
