Would you go out with an ugly guy, who was supper talented ?

Not if I personally found him unattractive. Nobody really wants to be with someone they regard as physically 'ugly,' regardless of their talent, money, status, etc. I've gone out with men other people thought ugly, but I didn't care what they thought because they were attractive to me.
