How often should a person use hand sanitizer in a high school with H1N1?

We have four confirmed cases of H1N1 in our school. It is a pretty small school so it could get ped on quickly. How often should a person use hand sanitizer? I know there are 'good germs' on your hands and I don't want to destroy those. We have also bronchitis and strep at the school i work at.
