How do you shave/grow a beard/moustache? Slash?

Yeah, so i'm 15 years old... i got quite a bit of facial hair and no clue of how to deal with it... I have a razor, i've just been taking it off clean now for the past year or so. I don't mind a clean look, but honestly, i wouldn't mind a nice beard. I ain't talking no santa claus, but do you get what i'm saying? My father ped away when i was 5 years old, so really i've had nobody to teach me really. Anything is good. Thanks.
