Dow can i stop the pain from deep ?

There's this cream stuff they sell,it makes it less harmful,i had with my bf,he d me super deep,like really really really really really deep,OMG it hurt,the one thing i hate is that he'll me really really really really really super deep,ill scream,then while i'm screaming he just picks up my head and kisses me and i stop screaming,it's annoying because the pain is still going, and the romance feels good,after a while the really super deep feels really good...the cream will cure the pain if there is any pain.
